He was predeceased by: his mother Judy Esterline (Bowers). He is survived by: his father Mark Esterline; his wife Melissa Louden; his children, Dustin Louden (Bethany) of Plainwell, Kailey Esterline of Otsego and Harper Esterline of Otsego; his grandson Caiden; and his sister Amber LaCourse. He is also survived by grandchildren due soon; his father.
