She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ward Stone and Loretta Stone (Enderich); her daughter Delores; her husband Charles Sampsell; her siblings, Ralph, Richard Stone and Gladys Boucher; her children, Philip Sampsell (Gail) of Vicksburg, Leann Henline (Mark) of Kalamazoo, Jason Sampsell (LaDonna) of Arlington, TX and Lisa Hunt (KC) of Portage; and her siblings, Fred Stone (Jeannine) of South Haven, Helen Huckendubler (Ken) of Portage, Phyllis Stanard of Richmond, VA and Patricia Lewis of Vicksburg. She was also cherished by eleven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorial contributions be made to Hospice Care of Southwest MI or the Kalamazoo Gospel Mission.
