She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin A. Troutman Jr. and Dorothy Kusmack (Troutman). She is survived by: her husband Steve; her children, John Dykstra (Tara) of Cadillac and Rebecca Rios (Jose) of Holland; her grandchildren, Olivia Vaughan of Mesick, Elizabeth Collins (Wendell) of Kalkaska, Daisy Rios of Holland, Tomas Troutman-Immink of Holland, Alejandro Rios (Ashlyn) of Norton Shores and John Lee Dykstra of Delphi, Indiana; her siblings, David C. Troutman (Delberta) of Reed City, Martin A. Troutman III of East Lansing, Timothy S. Troutman (Ronda) of Allegan and Marcia A. Thompson (Mike) of Beulah; and her sister-in-law Jeanne Troutman. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Debbie may be made to Hospice of Holland.
