He was predeceased by: his parents, John Milko and Anne Marguerite Milko (Nelson). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Lisa Lukas (Michael), Karin Whitwood (Chris), Erika Milko (Justin Carter) and David Milko Jr.; his brother Carl Milko (Elaine); and his grandchildren, Mitchel Lukas, Zachary Lukas, Cailyn Lukas, Sofia Whitwood and Roman Whitwood. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
