He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frame and Martha Frame (Ritzema); and his sister Virginia Reist. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn M. Frame (Osman); his son Rick Frame; his stepchildren, Janet Regeski (Thomas), Kimberly Meeker (Anthony) and Eric Jones (Lisa); and his siblings, Donald, Jim (Shirley), Ken Frame and Grace King. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
