He was predeceased by: his parents, Elam Frame and Florence Frame (Kreg); his wife Marie E. Corryn; his daughters, Tiara Frame and Amy Frame; and his sisters, Alice Paulus, Bea Kay Sawyer and Hulda Gruenwald.
He is survived by: his children, David Frame (Lara), Kimberly Chaffee (Gerald) and Angela Kennedy (Thomas); and his sister Bobbie Thompson. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
