Daniel J. Taylor Obituary

A memorial service will be held at a later time. Private interment will be at Riverside Cemetery, Kalamazoo. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kalamazoo Drop-In Child Care Center, or the Alzheimer's Association.

Age 73 passed away on Friday, January 10, 2025. Daniel was born in Monroe, Michigan on January 13, 1951, the son of the late Lawrence R. and L. Blanche (Osborn) Taylor. He graduated from Western Michigan University where he studied Computer Systems Engineering with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science after previously earning certification in Electronics Technology at United Electronics Institute. Dan was employed as a software engineer for 33 years, retiring in 2015. He loved music and also enjoyed woodworking. On October 12, 1996, he married Karen A. Graham, who preceded him in death. Dan is survived by his sisters Sue (Larry) Sugarbaker and Annette (Mark) Erbes; his sister-in-law Patti Whitlock; and many nieces and nephews.
