She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Miller and Elsie Miller (Oquist); and her husband Virgil. She is survived by: her children, Tracy Hopwood-Salvaggio (Brian) and Virgil Hopwood, Jr. (Carol); her grandsons, Timothy Hopwood (Cheryl Harkness) and Troy Hopwood; her great grandchild Tara Hopwood; and her siblings, Myron Miller (Carol), Virginia Gerlofs, Jerome Miller (Candi) and Cheryl Pack (Dan).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, in memory of Constance.
