He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Tisland and Hazel "June" Tisland (Nelson); and his sister Dawn Brown. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Tisland (Haskamp); his children, Thomas Ballard (Tiffany) and Julie Betzler (Scott); his grandchildren, Whitney, Jack Ballard, Cooper and Camryn Betzler; his brother Mark Tisland (Lee); and his brother-in-law Jerry Brown. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
