She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Smith and Ruth Williams Smith; and her brother David Smith. She is survived by: her husband William E. Clark; her daughters, Jennifer (Daniel Gilland) and Allison (Gregg Pait); her grandsons, Daniel Gilland, Jr., Matthew and William Pait; her sisters-in-law, Pamela Hofmann (Joe) of Kingsport, TN and Maria Smith of Long Island, NY; and also, Todd, Shane, Brett, Chad, Mike and Kyle.
