He is survived by: his children, Lexi, Tyler, Zayden and Brooklyn; his mother Amy McFadden; his stepfather Matt McFadden; and his siblings, Amanda, Stephanie and Andrew (Coral). He is also survived by many other relatives and close family and friends.
