Cheryl A. Moerdyk Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl A. Moerdyk (Kalamazoo, Michigan), who passed away on January 25, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Rudge and Virginia Rudge (Fitch); her brother Christopher Rudge; and her brother-in-law Robert Herbeck. She is survived by: her former husband Charles Moerdyk; her siblings, Carin Herbeck, Craig Rudge (Daria), Curt Rudge and Charles Moerdyk; her daughters, Paulette Moerdyk-Catlin (Pete) and Carie Moerdyk; her grandchildren, Danielle Stutzman, Miranda Presley (Nick), Maggie Gross, Charlie Gross and Aaron Catlin; her great grandchild Josephine Presley; her nephew Kevin Rudge; her niece Madison Rudge; and her sons-in-law, Dan Stuztman and Dan Gross. She is also survived by several cousins, and many extended family.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Rose Arbor Hospice, Center Stage Theatre's endowment fund, or Kzoo Cat Café.
