He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Tinklenberg (Clara) and Clara Tinklenberg; his son Kevin Tinklenberg; and his siblings, Jen Bovin, John Tinklenberg, Nelson Tinklenberg, Myrtle Klop, Betty Zuidema, Donald Tinklenberg, Leonard Tinklenberg Jr., Lawrence Tinklenberg, Clarence Tinklenberg, Carol Demerck and Patricia Proudy.
He is survived by: his wife Belva; and his siblings, Clarissa Hansen, Loretta Tolhurst, Ryan Tinklenberg and Lauren Tinklenberg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
