He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray and Millie Pike Sr. (Switzer); and his brothers, Ray Jr., Joe, Don and Jim.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ralph (Nancy), Phil (Lynne), Mary Stewart, Judi Pike and Cathy Jones (Simon); his sister-in-law Jackie; his uncle Fred (Beverly); and his sister-in-law Kathe Pike. He is also survived by several cousins, numerous nieces & nephews and great-nieces & nephews.
