He is survived by: his wife Jerry; his children, David Lindenbach (LeAnne), Scott Lindenbach (Melissa) and Gail Derhammer (Richard); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Keith, Allison, Ethan, Blane, Sarah and Blake; and his great grandchildren, Amelia, Savannah and Olivia.
