It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Wayne Byars (Kalamazoo, Michigan), born in Paw Paw, Michigan, who passed away on December 11, 2022, at the age of 64 at his residence's in the loving care of
his girlfriend Christina Whitlock, his wife of 19 year's Kim (Lampp) Byars and his sister Teresa Hayes.
Born to Amy (Haggard) Covell & Calvin Byars. He joined in death his mom Amy Covell of Kalamazoo, son Christopher Byars of Kalamazoo, niece Gabriella Covell of Kalamazoo, nephew Brantly Speet of Holland, brother Kenneth Byars, Brother-In-Law Scott Screptock of Holland. Leaving to mourn his departure are his children Cody Waber and granddaughter Casey Waber of Florida, Daughter's Alisha and Amber Byars both of Kalamazoo. And brother Bob Byars of Holland, sister Diane Screptock of Holland, brother Vern & Regina Covell of Mattawan, sister Teresa Hayes of Holland, brother Henry & Becky Covell of Parchment along with mainly Niece's and Nephew's. And friends he considers family.
