He is survived by: his parents, Craig Smith (Jodene) and Susan Smith (Rouse); his siblings, Michael (Linda VanWelden), Angela Smith of Fl, Rachelle (Josh Schultz), Crystal Smith of Kalamazoo and Amber Smith of Kalamazoo; his stepsister Ashlea (Eric Belka); his nephews, Cole, Gavin and Noah; and his niece Lola.
