It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian Edward Chapman of Kalamazoo, Michigan, born in Durand, Michigan, who passed away on April 24, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Donald Chapman; his grandparents, Mildred, Edward Chapman, Dorothy and William Slusser; and his siblings-in-law, Bernard and Ann De Jong.
He is survived by: his mother Sandra Chapman (Slusser); his grandchildren, E. J. and Amara; his wife Gabby Chapman (Eileen); his siblings, Chuck, Rick White, Donna and Ann Chapman; his children, Ryan, Christian (Janelle) and Katie; his son-in-law Josh Aplin; his daughters, Ashley and Kerri Devries; his grandchildren, Quintin, Jax, Noah and Ethan; his brother Rich; and his sister-in-law Mary DeJong. He is also survived by several aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Nieces and Nephews.
