He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Johnson and Shirley Johnson (Clarey); and his daughter Heather. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Lawrence; his daughter Kerry Jackson (Joe) of Mattawan; his brother Craig Johnson (Pam) of Nebraska; his nieces, Jenny and Melissa; and his nephew Terry.
