It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Beverly Janssen (Kalamazoo, Michigan), who passed away at the age of 88, on December 11, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton Wayne and Anne Wayne (Velesz); her husband Larry Janssen; her grandson Andrew; and her siblings, Eugene Wayne, John Wayne, Ronnie Wayne and Marilyn Gemmell.
She is survived by: her friend Beverly; her children, Chris Peake (Larry), Ron Janssen (Marylou), Denise Farnsworth (Bryan), Dan Janssen (Pam), Greg Janssen (Brandice), Kurt Janssen (Jane), Kelly McCormick (Rick), Brian Janssen (Lori) and Kevin Janssen (Krista); her grandchildren, Brent, Brian, Brad, Troy (Mary), Robin (Dan), Holly (Randall), Andrea (Geoff), Kristina, Cameron, Marissa, Kara (Drew), Lindsay, Karter, Nic (Olivia), A. J., Nate, Connor, Ryan, Jake, Shay, Kate and Drew; and her brother Roger Wayne. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Est Betzler Life Story Funeral Homes (6080 Stadium Dr, Kalamazoo, MI 49009). A Mass will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Est St. Mary's Parish (939 Charlotte Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49048). A burial will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Est Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
