We are sad to announce that on October 18, 2021, at the age of 85, Betty L. Wimbley (Kalamazoo, Michigan), born in Lepanto, Arkansas passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Cleveland and Alma Cleveland; her siblings, Fred Buchanan, Allie Buchanan, May Ruth Roberson and Lenora Ervin; and her children, Steven Wimbley and Carolyn Shannon.

She is survived by: her children, Melvin Wimbley (Patricia) of Ada, Michigan and Joyce Wimbley of Kalamazoo, Michigan; and her sisters, Nelly Gund of Shaw and Willie Williams of Kalamazoo, Michigan. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren along with nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and a host of very special friends.
