It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty J Peebles of Kalamazoo, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on November 21, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Barkman and Agnes Barkman (Miller); her stepfather Reinnier VanBruggen, Sr.; and her siblings, Robert Barkman and Sandra Bennett.
She is survived by: her husband Rodger Peebles; her children, Rodger Peebles, Jr. (Angela), Daynon Peebles (Melissa) and Dawn Brady (Jason); and her siblings, Sadie Payne, Barbara Sitar (Tim) and Reinnier VanBruggen, Jr.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; several nieces & nephews.
