She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Welton and Rosetta Welton; and her brother Jack Welton. She is survived by: her husband Richard Best; her son Lenny (Maureen); her daughter-in-law Maureen; her children, Terry, Tim (Wanda) and Janeece (Diana); and her grandchildren, Heather Best, Amanda Balboa (Poncho), Johnathon Best (Heidi), Ashley Martell, Tim Best (Monica), Jennifer Myers (Derick), Brandon Best, Mellissa Best, Lori Best (Cindy), Sierra Best and Oscha Best. She is also survived by 17 Great grandchildren.
