He is survived by: his parents, Richard Knowlton of Plainwell and Linda May Knowlton (Carr) of Kalamazoo; his daughter Emma Black of Plainwell; his sister Jillian Green (Knowlton) of Kalamazoo; his niece Elora Green (Austin Charlton); his nephew Gavin Fults; and his grandmother Casilda Rice. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends.
