She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Ellis and Dora Ellis (Pierce); her husband Carl Zoutman; her daughter Karen; and her son-in-law Keith Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Carla Lewis, Jan Miller and Steve Zoutman; her grandchildren, Eric Lewis (Amy), David Lewis (Kelly), Matthew Miller (Wendy), Emily DeLorme (Shaun) and Jonathon Zoutman (Heidi Richardson); her great grandchildren, Tyler, Alex, Marley, Payton, Bo, Luke, Emma, Madison, Brooklyn, Sophia, Max and Easton; her sister Dena Stewart; and her sister-in-law Sandy Ellis. She is also survived by Friends may visit with her family.
