She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmie L Meads and Ruth I Meads (Tipton); her husband Bradley Bay; and her siblings, Deborah and Michael.
She is survived by: her children, Nicole Charron (Tony) and Craig Bay; her grandchildren, Edward Charron, Eva Charron and Ethan Bay; her nieces, Amber, Ashley and Angela; and her nephew Brandon.
