Amy Michelle LaRue Obituary
Amy Michelle LaRue 51, of Kalamazoo passed away Wednesday September 20, 2023 at Centrica Rose Arbor Place. Amy was born May 29, 1972 in Kalamazoo the daughter of Donald and Ann (Noteboom) Davis. She graduated from Gull Lake High School and was an active member of St. Mary Catholic Church and enjoyed photography, camping, Girl Scouts and taking road trips to Shipshewana and Mackinac Island with her mother and daughters. On April 24, 1999 in Galesburg Amy was united in marriage to Kevin LaRue who survives. Also surviving are her parents, Don and Ann Davis; five children, Joshua Knobloch, Nathaniel, Margaret, William, Rebecca LaRue; two brothers, Brian (Jynean) Davis, Brad (Wendy) Davis; three granddaughters; several nephews. Friends will be received 2-4 and 5-7 pm Thursday September 28, 2023 at Parchment Redmond Funeral Home where the Divine Mercy Chaplet will be prayed at 3 pm and a Rosary will be recited at 6 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 am Friday at St. Mary Catholic Church. Interment will be in Prairie Home Cemetery, Richland. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
