She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Thurman, Patricia Axe, Charles and Wanda Anderson. She is survived by: her parents, Theadore R. Axe (June) and Debra A. Cunningham (Michael); her aunt Bebe (Victoria Oviatt); her sons, Donté and Dylan Roberts; her siblings, Angela M. Axe and Andrew T. Axe; her nephews, Gavyn, Dakota, Jayden and Joshua; her niece Layla; and her stepgreat-grandmother Jeanette Cunningham. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or a mental health charity of one's choosing.
