She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Winchell and Gladys Winchell (Rix); her husband Carl R. Deem; her son Terry Deem; her stepdaughters, Carla Epson and Debra Deem; and her siblings, Arlus Mason, Cora Belle Smith and Melvin Thomas Winchell.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Deem and Lori Reid (Christopher); and her stepdaughter Vicki Weigand. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
