It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Agnes Bennink of Kalamazoo, Michigan, who passed away on April 22, 2022, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Melchert "Melvin" Veld and Agnes Veld (Buckhout); her husband John Bennink; her great grandchild Isaac VanderZyden; and her siblings, Herman Veld, Garrett Veld, Fred Veld, Melvin Veld and Ann Hiscock (Veld).
She is survived by: her children, Richard Bennink (Leslie) of Mattawan, Philip Bennink (Penny) of North Carolina, Jeanne Robinson (George) of North Carolina and Barbara Lebowitz (Leonard) of Paw Paw; her grandchildren, Lynnae Ryan (Tim), Melissa VanderZyden-Preston (John), Angie Johnson (Matt), Shannon Graham (Chris), Neil Bennink (Jenny), Todd Robinson (Kimber) and Scott Robinson (Rachel); her daughter-in-law Betty Bennink of Holland; and her sisters-in-law, Helen Plummer and Nancy Meyers. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
