We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2019, at the age of 82, Phyllis Ann Smith (Jonesville, Michigan), born in Elkhorn, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Efford Frazier and Lennie Frazier (Johnson); her husband William Howard "Bill" Smith; and her brother Arles Frazier. She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Smith of Jonesville, Linda Smith of Lansing, Victoria Lewis of Onsted, Charlena Smith of Taylor and Nancy Knauss of Fremont, Indiana; her grandchildren, Teresa, Jack, William, Chrisa, Stephanie, Lauren, Caitlyn and Hannah; and her sister Deanna Bowersox of Albion.
