He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyman Ireland and Donna Ireland (Fuller); and his siblings-in-law, Ralph, Howard Halifax (Virginia), Gerald Halifax, Gordon Halifax (Rhea), William Halifax Jr., Richard Halifax, Krestyn Smith Erwin Wilson (Wayne), Floyd Hoffman, Gerald Kramer, Robert Halifax, Charles Halifax, Helen Winkel (Art), Ruth Ann Halifax, Marjorie Halifax and Bernadine Halifax.
He is survived by: his wife Carol (Halifax); his son Michael S. Ireland of Jonesville; his brother Norman Ireland (Cindy) of Flat Rock; his nephew Shawn Ireland; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Smith, Jean Wilson, Mary Lou Kramer (Hoffman), Paula Halifax (Sue), Linda Halifax, Violet Darling (Halifax), Barbara Halifax and John Mary Halifax.
