He was predeceased by: his mother Frances Smith (Carey); and his children, Leonard Lee Smith Jr. and Jenna Marie Smith. He is survived by: his wife Glenda; his sons, Jared R. Smith (Brennan) and Brandon Smith (Lindsay); his grandson Callum Smith; and his brothers, Dale Smith (Delma), Jay Smith and Ken Smith (Joan). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
