He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann; his son Fred Rigney; and his siblings, Earl, Lloyd, Alene, Lorene, Dorothy Gail and Clinton.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Sawyer (Doug), Cassie Barton (Joe), Al Rigney (Frances), Richard Rigney (Susan), Chris Spahr (Lenore), Sean Spahr (Rene), Shane Spahr (Jenny) and Chad Spahr (Sue); and his daughter-in-law Debbie Rigney. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations are suggested to the Perennial Park Senior Center.
