He was predeceased by: his mother Beatrice Loper (Marsh). He is survived by: his children, Christine Devlin (Travis) and Jason Loper; his grandchildren, Casey Loper and Anna Devlin; and his sisters, Sharon Sowle (Jack) and Janet Phillips (Larry). He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, as well as many nieces and nephews.
