He is survived by: his spouse Betty VanCamp; his children, Michelle Fast Hood of Indianapolis, Lara Stickford (Eric) of Indianapolis and Chris Fast (Amy) of Hillsdale; and his grandchildren, Kara, Krystn, Abbey, Rachel, Mitch, Kyra, Mark, Bennett and Ridley.
