She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Ely and Clarabell Ely (Chase); her husband James Atkins; her daughter Dawn Clark; and her sister June Winnewiser.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deb Bordner, Darcy Southworth (Gary) and Deniece Penix (Randy); and her sister Janice Roberts. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
