He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Everett Webb and Doris Webb (Scharp); his pets, Remington and Tig; his wife Jeannine Kay Helmick; his children, Jeri Lynn Sumner (William) and Joel Lee Webb (Tanya); his grandchildren, Caleb Webb (Samantha Santi), Austin Webb, Tyler Sumner and Mallory Sumner; his brother Freddie Webb (Janyth); his sister-in-law Michelle Nicholson (Clement); and his great grandchildren, Adilynn, Alaina and Cade. He was also cherished by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
