George T. Besser Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George T. Besser of Jonesville, Michigan, born in Great Bend, Kansas, who passed away on August 22, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Besser and Martha Besser (Chadd); his son Todd Besser; his grandson Jason Besser; and his sisters, Bonnie Grisamore, Wanda Lee Stalcup and JoAnn Kerns.
He is survived by: his daughters, Corrie Caldwell (Gary) of Jonesville and Terri Ellen Magda (Steve) of Jonesville; his grandchildren, Chad Besser (Sarah), Katie Griffiths (Eric), Dustin Roberts, Kirby Berger (Chad), Craig Moore (Amber), Carrie Jones, Branden Magda, Amber Kohler (Patrick), Nathan Magda, Joshua Magda and Autumn Hanes (Kevyn); his former wife Ellen Goebel of Jonesville; and his friend Norm "PeeWee" Detrich. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Greater Hillsdale Humane Society.
