She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Sollars and Sarah Sollars (Karchefski); her spouse Thomas Emala; her great grandchild Harley Henry; and her sisters, Shirley Gabbert, Pat Jajuga and Maryann Reynolds.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Henry of Horton and Thomas Emala II of Jonesville; and her brother Franklin Sollars (Shelly) of Bloomfield Hills. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
