She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Preston and Mary Preston (Dalman); her husband John Ruden; and her brother Gerald Preston. She is survived by: her children, Shannen Housler (Gary Plencer), Joe Ruden (Rita Aguilar), Todd Ruden (Shelly) and Amy Fortner (Kam). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and twenty great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the VanHorn-Eagle Funeral Home (40 S Manning St, Hillsdale, MI 49242). A rosary was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony Catholic Church (11 N Broad St, Hillsdale, MI 49242).
Memorial contributions are suggested to Hillsdale County Medical Care Facility or Hospice of Hillsdale County.
