He is survived by: his children, Karen Molenaur (Eugene) of Holland, Mark Bluth of Punta Gorda, Margaret Dooley (Bruce) of Lake Worth and Todd Bluth of Holland, Ohio; his grandchildren, Justin Molenaur (Molly) of Columbus, OH, Mark Bluth, Jr. of Conroe, TX, Alex Depew (Lindsey) of Cygnet, OH, Taylor Depew (Kaitlyn) of Newark, OH, Christian Dooley of Lake Worth, FL, Troy Bluth (Erin) of Pomfret and Derek Bluth of Washington, D. C.; and his great grandchildren, Penny, Miles, William "Bo" Molenaur, Navayah Bluth, Emma, Connor, Levi Depew, Tucker and Ellie Bluth.
