She is survived by: her husband Tommy Smith; her son Tommy Smith, Jr. (Jones); her siblings, Teresa Blazier (Ken), Cathy Sherck, Judy Malone (Patrick), Niles, Brady F. Chaffee, Jr., LeRoy Dale Chaffee (Teri) and Jones; and her sisters-in-law, Janet Fritsche, Pam Chorba and Shipshewana.
