He is survived by: his wife Barbara Broomell (Neely); his daughters, Sheila Broomell, Karen Broomell, Brenda Broomell, Tina Woods and Linda Winger; and his siblings, Richard Meadows, Joe Meadows, Denny Meadows and Alice Parsons. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
