He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray M. Maude and Helen Maude (Hartman) of Jones, MI.; his siblings, Milton Simmons and Phyllis Jacobs (Simmons); and his brother-in-law Jim Jacobs.
He is survived by: his wife Terry Simmons (Earl); his children, Tony Simmons Tim Simmons (Bobbi Grabowski) and Hope Howe (Dean Howe); his grandchildren, Alexis, Anthony, Alayna, Paige and Landon Simmons; his brother Dick Simmons (Nancy); and his sister-in-law Merry Simmons. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
