He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Mann and Mildred Mann (Parcell); and his siblings, Rex Mann, Russell Mann, Jr., Colleen Merrill, Marilyn West, Betty Schmalenberger and Cheryl Deak.
He is survived by: his sons, James "Todd" Mann (Michele) of Vero Beach, FL, Scott Mann (Jan) of Lafayette, IN and Matthew Mann of Jones, MI; and his sisters, Jane Bontrager (Jim) and Joyce Metzler-Smith (Don) of Elkhart, IN. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
