He is survived by: his wife Emily Seilhymer; his children, Angela Scarlett, James Scarlett and Melinda Scarlett-Persaud; and his grandchildren, Jolene Scarlett, Jordon Scarlett and Shannon Scarlett-Persaud. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
