Daniel John Markum Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Daniel John Markum of Jones, Michigan, born in Elkhart, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Markum (John) and Emma "Jane" Markum (Alwine); and his brother Edward Markum (Joseph). He is survived by: his wife Heidi Markum; his stepsons, Blake VandenBosch and Maxwell VandenBosch; and his siblings, Hana Van Osdol (Steve), Scott Wurtsbaugh (Kimberly) and Skipp Wurtsbaugh (Heather). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations in Daniel's memory may be directed to the Battle Creek VA Medical Center payable to VAVS (Veterans Affairs Voluntary Service) for a picnic in his memory or you may designate a gift to the family to offset the unexpected funeral expenses.
