He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry E. Mills Sr. and Doris Jean Mills (Smith); his sons, Doug and Robin Secor; and his brothers, Carl and Harry Mills.
He is survived by: his children, David Mills of Elkhart, Charles Secor of Elkhart, Allen Secor of Tampa, FL, Sissy and Buck; his brother Joseph E. Mills (Trudy) of Osceola; his nephews, Joe Mills Jr. and Ricky Edwin Mills; and his close friend Bonita Cabrera. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
