He is survived by: his children, Lisa Basel (Daniel) of Atlanta, Larry Campbell (Renee) of Johannesburg, Lane Campbell (Laurie Butterfield) of Johannesburg and Linc Campbell (Merisa) of Johannesburg; his daughter-in-law Frances Campbell of Johannesburg; his sister Leah Welch of Johannesburg; his sister-in-law Fay King (Joslin) of Cle Elum, WA; and his close friend Kathy Biehl. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren.
